Interview Skills Preparation & Planning
nterviewing is a skill set that every person who thinks they might find themselves going to an interview needs to consider.
Preparing for an interview isn't only about reading the job description or the person specification. Preparing for an interview is about considering how your skills set - your strengths match with the capabilities the employer is 'shopping for'. Once you have concluded that there is a match, you then need to consider how you will represent yourself in the best possible light in order to give yourself the chance of securing the role. This short course will help you to do this.
Learn to developer your responses using our technique - STAR. Once you have learned what is required, practice using it. Then practice some more. Seek the help of an individual or a series of individuals you trust to give you honest feedback - this will really help you to prepare.
